Warranty Repairs

Caltech is the authorized warranty repair agent for many manufacturers of laboratory equipment. If the laboratory equipment fails while covered under the warranty period granted by the manufacturer or distributor, Caltech will undertake the repair at the direction of the manufacturer or distributor. The cost of replacement parts and labour will be at the expense of the manufacturer.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs

If the equipment fails outside the period of the manufacturer warranty, Caltech will repair the customer unit. Caltech does provide the customer a 90 day warranty on all the work it performs.
